- Federal court orders FEMA to restore $200 million in stormwater protections to North Carolina – Dec 13, 2025: With the program reinstated, North Carolina will
again receive more than $200 million to protect the state’s infrastructure,

million in grants from DEQ’s Flood Resiliency Blueprint program to help reduce
